The living room
It is spacious, with natural light and very relaxing.
The whole apartment is connected to our central heating system. The house also has solar panels that provide ecological heating. All windows have a beautiful view towards the flower garden.
There is a seating area with table, two fold-out sofa beds and a large flat screen TV (Astra satellite TV German).
In winter, a cozy log fire can be lit in the integrated oven.
On the right from the entrance there is a fully equipped kitchen, with a sink, a ceramic hob, a refrigerator, a microwave oven and a ventilator.In the dining area, you can enjoy your own cooking or have breakfast and drink coffee in a relaxing atmosphere.
The bedroom
Behind the living room there is a spacious separated bedroom with a king-sized bed. Here is also a satelite tv with romanian channels.
The bathroom
The bathroom has a window and it is situated across the stairs. It has a toilet, bathtub/shower, sink and an urinal and it is a comfortable area.
Pricing
For 1 – 2 people there is a 50 € fee/night.
For every extra person the cost is 15 €/night.
The maximum number of people to accomodate is 4.
You don't have to pay for your pet (it only has to be friendly with our cats and dogs that live in the yard).
Access to the terrace, the grill and the garden is also free.
You can park your car free of charge, in front of the house and also in the courtyard.
Unfortunately, our house is not accessible for people with motor disabilities, because the appartment we offer for accomodation is situated at the top floor.
